Frequently asked questions

The range is compatible with machines from twelve OEM brands and spans more than 400 machine models. Each product page lists the machines a product is compatible with, and the model list is searchable.

Private label production is available across all five categories. Cartridge labels, cartons and printed inserts are produced to the buyer's own brand specification, and manual assembly makes less common models workable. Artwork and packaging specifications are confirmed before production begins.

Incoming materials are inspected in full. Every unit is print-tested on machine before and after final assembly, and an inspection report is issued by email for each order.

Lead times are confirmed per order and depend on the categories ordered, the quantities and whether the goods move as a full container or a consolidated one. The confirmed lead time is stated with the quotation.

An inquiry stating the brands, models and quantities required receives a reply within three business days, usually over WhatsApp. Quotation runs per model and configuration, and prices move with raw material costs and production scheduling, so pricing follows once the requirement list is confirmed.
